Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the Contact tab on our homepage. Include “Damage Replacement” in your subject line along with your order number. We will follow up requesting clear photos of the damaged item.

Once verified, we’ll request a replacement from the manufacturer at no cost to you. Please note that replacement approval is not guaranteed.

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we cannot process returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.
