Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and live tracking link. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

Depending on inventory levels, your order may ship from one of our warehouses in China, the United States, or Europe to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Tracking updates typically appear 2–5 days after shipment, once your package clears its first logistics checkpoint.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped from China may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes in your region. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive days, or if your package exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us using the contact tab.
We will coordinate directly with our warehouses to investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
